Below are some of the frequently asked questions about our IT server management services.

Are you really 24x7x365?

Yes, our support staff is available 24x7x365.  But sales/billing inquiries are only checked periodically.

I am a new client. How should I request for support.

You will get your client area login details as soon as you signup with us.  Then you can login to your client area and open a support ticket.  Our system administrator on duty will start working on it . You will get email alert on every ticket update.

Maharashtra, India

How many staff members do you have?

We currently have 12 staff members are still growing.

What is your response time?

We offer 6 hour response time guarantee but most of the tickets are responded within an hour.

What is your resolution time?

We offer 24 hour resolution guarantee but most tickets are resolved within 8 hours. Some tickets may require more time to resolve but we will inform you about it in the ticket. For e.g. if a issue happens only one during a day or a week then obviously it’s going to take time to investigate and debug the issue.

What Operating Systems do you support?

We support CentOS, RedHAT, Debian, Ubuntu & windows operating System.

Do you offer Programming/Coding Services?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.
