After you order a service, please register a new account at our secure SSL-encrypted HelpDesk.

Three tickets will be opened on your behalf.

The first ticket will be titled "Essential Server Setup" or "Fortified Server Setup," depending on your order.

The second ticket will be titled "Proactive Management Service - Hostname". This ticket will be used to provide you with weekly reports of what has been done to your server. This will generally include a security audit, system health check, and any packages or software upgraded.

The third ticket will be titled "Server Monitoring - Hostname." We will notify you whenever your server is down and let you know the steps we have taken to bring it back online.

All orders are prorated to the 1st. If another date is preferred, please submit a ticket to billing after the order.

              $50 setup and $75/month (Fortified)
